Subscription Cancellation
If you have a paid subscription to MockCard.io, you may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of a subscription. Please contact us with your request. Refunds are not available for one-time or usage-based charges after the service has been consumed.
No Returns for Digital Services
MockCard.io is a digital service. There are no physical products to return. Access to the service ceases upon cancellation in accordance with our billing terms.
